Hello everyone! It’s time for a new welcome to my small shop post! PLEASE INITIAL WHEN SEEN! 🫶🏻

My name is Betsy, I am 31 years old and I have been a small business owner since 2022 right after I gave birth to my son at 19 weeks and 5 days. i needed something to keep my mind occupied at the time my husband and I have been together 16 years and have struggled to get pregnant and this was finally our time only to have it ripped away I currently am a new first time mom to a precious little boy named Stetson Ridge who is 4 months old on the 25th he is my miracle IVF baby! .i do not work anymore but use to work as a manger at a loaded tea shop my boutique is what gives me extra income to be able to stay home with him!
I am going through a pretty rough time my mom passed away unexpectedly 2 short weeks after my son was born! So this business and my son has kept me so busy!

Being a business owner has not always been easy, nor will it be going forward, however, I have learned so much over the 2 years I’ve had this online shop and I strive every day to implement what I’ve learned and be the best small business owner I can possibly be!

Inside of this shop you will find hundreds of different things ranging from thousands of different designs.

Below you will find a list of my FAQs!

Invoices: they are due within 24 hours of being sent! If you have an issue reach out to me personally and we can come up with something! I use to have them due every Friday but to many people were burning me so I had to make it a set time daily!

What’s your turn around times? These ALWAYS vary, however usually it’s 4-6 weeks for over seas orders, 6-8 weeks for delays, and for on hand items it’s 5-7 business days, I do my very best to communicate this inside of every item that’s posted, update post, and groupchat message, but I know that it can be easily missed. Usually the turn around times are also located in the description of the item on the website. DESCRIPTIONS ARE IMPORTANT TO READ! MAKE SURE YOU READ THEM.

What payment methods do you accept? ALL purchases will happen through PayPal invoice or cashapp or Venmo or my website via Shopify and you can use any debit card afterpay is offered only upon request!

How does tracking work? Tracking is uploaded once item arrives to me and I scan in to post office the site so please checkout with a email or a phone number to receive it and then I ask for 3-5 business days for it to update as it can take some time.

REFUND POLICY!! •• I do not issue any refunds on over seas items! You can send me a private message and I can try to sell it as a used in my group and if anyone is interested I will tag you in post so y’all can make arrangements!

CUSTOMER SUPPORT:TEXT ONLY 409-553-0084 please allow up to, 24-72 hour response times, usually quicker than that but life can and does get busy.

Shipping: ✨✨please note my policy has changed I charge 2 shipping fees now! first fee is charged is $10 for my vendor shipping cost! i will send a second invoice once item arrives and i weigh it you will then need to pay before i ship! ✨✨ this is the only way to insure im not loosing money on shipping cost! Initial below when you have read!
